Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Saunawear and to every distance contract concluded between Saunawear and the customer.

Article 3 – The offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Saunawear.

Article 4 – Right of withdrawal (100 days)

The customer may withdraw from a product purchase agreement within a reflection period of 100 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after the customer receives the product. To exercise this right, notify us at info@saunawear.co within the reflection period.

Article 5 – Costs upon withdrawal

Returns are free of charge. The customer contacts us first at info@saunawear.co before sending anything back.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods available in our webshop. The customer pays directly at the time of ordering.

Article 7 – Delivery

Saunawear offers free shipping on all orders, worldwide. Delivery takes place to the address the customer has provided.

Article 8 – Conformity and warranty

Saunawear guarantees that products conform to the agreement, meet reasonable standards of quality and usability, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 9 – Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@saunawear.co. We respond within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved, you may contact the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 10 – Governing law

Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements with Saunawear.
