Not completely happy with your order? You can return your item within 100 days of receipt, free of charge.

How to return

Before sending anything back, please contact us first by emailing info@saunawear.co with your order number. We'll get back to you with instructions.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 100 days of receiving your order

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for return. This applies to all underwear and swimwear, in accordance with EU consumer law (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Refund

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
