Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. If you have doubts if we can deliver to your country, please reach out to our team via support@[jouwdomein].com. They will make sure we will deliver to you!

For deliveries outside of the EU, we do not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We offer a 100 day return policy, if you're within that time frame please reach out to customer care to initiate a return via support@saunawear.co

You have the right to return any product purchased from us within 100 days of the delivery date. The product does need to be in its original packaging, and in the same unused condition as when you received it. (Let op: Ik heb het stukje 'Even if you have used them' hier weggelaten, omdat gedragen saunakleding/ondergoed om hygiënische redenen normaal gesproken niet geretourneerd mag worden).
