The product does need to be in its original packaging, and in the same unused condition as when you received it. (Let op: Ik heb het stukje 'Even if you have used them' hier weggelaten, omdat gedragen saunakleding/ondergoed om hygiënische redenen normaal gesproken niet geretourneerd mag worden).
